Is there a recommended SD card for 12 track recording?

I have ten tracks recorded, and while I had one solo'ed and was tweaking the EQ, out of nowhere it completely changed the sound of the track, and no amount of further EQ-ing got rid of the extra frequency that I did not want. In fact, I muted all the tracks and still heard audio coming from somewhere.

Is this related to the firmware update you are speaking of here? Is there a way to return to a default EQ? I put it back to "none," and it still had the changes that I did not make. Is this track forever ruined, or can I revert back to the original track with no tweaking?

Update: still on original firmware, but powered off and then back on, and that seemed to fix the EQ problem.
