software update failed

i am trying to update. here is what happens after i updated the latest 2.0. i can not read my files, instead it shows please insert card.
whats wrong here, please help since i am working on some importand files ;(

ups, my 1010 presets files changed into ableton files. Do they have the sam ending (.als) ?
