Lost a preset when I renamed it

Anyone else experience this? I had a preset go missing after I removed some numbers from the name.
Found out on stage last night that a song I had been working on for 5-6 months was gone.

That's not good. Is it possible it's still there but with a different name than you expected? Please take another look. If it's truly gone, can you provide more detailed steps about what you did?
