    select the pad you want the file assigned to before you import.
    You can copy and paste the sequence to another sequence, but it will still be linked to the original pad. I haven't found a way around this yet.

    regarding the timing sync. this is not a bug. you need to set the step length of the SEQ before you import as well. if it doesn't correspond to the step length of the pattern, as created, it will import funny.

    whenever i import a midi file into the blackbox, it automatically assigned it to the 1st sample pad. And one assigned, u can't change it to another pad

    How can i alter this ?

    And the tempo / beatgrid is totally different fro the actual midid file

    Are these bugs ??
