double sequence length

I'll describe my scenario.

I have a 4 bar sequence.
I double the length of sequence on the info screen which leaves me with the first 4 bars populated with events and the second 4 bars empty.
Is there a way to copy/duplicate the steps from the first 4 bars into the second?
I realize that I can record a second sequence and chain them but I would like to find a way to do it within the original sequence.

yeah really missing this too... duplicate seq with notes would be great

Think there could even be more:
- Splitting half of a sequence to one half to another sequence pad might also be useful
-Join 2 sequences also
-Merge 2 sequences, kind of overdub ?
