Firmware update from 1.6.5 to 1.7.3 gets stuck with "Unable to verify" error

I am trying to update the firmware with the latest version - 1.7.3 and I get this error right at the end.

Please double check your download and try again. Make sure your BLACKBOX.BIN file is about 500KB.

I simply unplugged Blackbox and plugged back in, it re-started to upgrade and it passed. Maybe something was stuck from the previous version.
