Clicks on recorded loops

Hi there,
I saw that this is not a new issue, however, it did not seem to be solved.
I'm running the 2.0 firmware meanwhile and when recording loops into the BB from an external source, the loops I get click - making this otherwise very flexible device is not very flexible at all, when wanting to record and work with spontaneous finds from internet or radio... Can anybody help? I used trimming, I used attack and decay - nothing works. The loops stay unusable...Shouldn't it be possible just to record (and then loop) on the fly?...

When I record loops I only get a click when the loop plays back for the first time. Afterwards it’s gone. This is without trimming or touching the loop in any other way.
