Bring laptop output to modular level?

Hi, so the manual says blackbox expects modular level signal, what would be some ways to achieve that if i want to sample my macbook output? I have no audio interface and not really keen on getting one, want to stay as portable as possible...what are you using guys? thanks

Use macbook’s headphone out to blackbox’s in, OR alternatively sample directly on your macbook and import the sample (s) into blackbox.

I got a cheap Headphone amp for this. It helps getting a louder signal from my laptop
