Right channel always has +10-20db of floor noise

Yes, without anything plugged in its imbalanced.

How about if you run a test tone? Do both sides read evenly?

A sine from a stereo source does this.

Thanks for sharing, I wouldn't be overly concerned about less than a half db offset while metering as long as you aren't getting additional noise, or noticeable stereo field offset while listening. With nothing plugged into the input, when you sample from the input as a source, does the offset or noise floor show up in the recording as audible noise?

Okay, if you say not to worry I won't. I honestly can't tell if it adds any noise, which probably means it isn't? It's just odd metering behavior and wanted to just let it be known in case something serious developed out of it or if this might be a software bug. After letting it sit for a couple minutes after the test tone, the metering is even more whacky.

I do have a similar issue : a large gain difference between channels that occurs no matter if I plug something or not in the input, also using firmware 2.1.0



and here is the result of a test tone ran through it, left channel is a lot quieter and right channel has a positive offset



is there something I could do about it ?
