Blackbox freezing

Hello everyone

I have a problem with my blackbox, every now and again when I play a sample the machine freezes and a horrid sound comes from the sampler. It's relatively new sampler, <1 month. The only way to get out of it is to stop the sampler and then play the sample again (which means that previously playing samples have stopped). I'm concerned as it would be a real shame to have this happen live. I have the blackbox linked to my faderfox midi controller ec4. Is there anyone else having this problem?

Please share your firmware version (as a number). How are you powering the blackbox (cable and connection)? Next, is this factory content or your own/3rd party content?
