  • Question about controlling external synthesizers via midi

Sorry for my English) Friends tell me please.
I record midi files on the device to control external synthesizers and eurorack, but I ran into something incomprehensible to me - I create the first midi clip and set it to the output of channel 1, the first synthesizer plays on it, then I create the second midi clip and set the channel in the settings number 2, I put notes in it, but for some reason they play through the first channel) And when I record from the midi keyboard to the second clip, there is no such thing and everything is fine.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. How do I properly separate midi channels in clips so that each one plays a different external instrument.
    Firmware 2.1.5

    Hi!

Please consider using firmware 2.9.1. MIDI has been simplified so that the problems you describe are less likely to occur. The release notes describe exactly how to control external instruments.

If you still have problems after trying the new firmware, your English is good; just try to use the exact words that the Blackbox uses (e.g., "midi clip" is not a Blackbox term).
