Buffer size for Sandisk 128gb

Is there a correlation between the card size and buffer size set when formatting? What is the optimal setting?

I don’t remember the SD Card Formatter recommended by 1010 having a buffer size setting or anything I had to do besides click Format.

SD Card Formatter does not offer user access to this setting but cards 128g and larger are capable of writing a larger chunk of data so this works better for bluebox. Blackbox should be ok with any size card as long as it is an 'A' rated card.

OK, so the formatter might be following some rule of thumb. If it proves to work, I will stick with it. Thanks.
