Line on screen, problem with hardware or software?

Hi,

i have a problem with the screen of the Blackbox. There is a line (see picture) on the screen which vary a bit with the display on the screen. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the hardware or software, maybe you can help out?



I've already (re)installed the 3.09 firmware and also tried the 2.51, but this doesn't fixed the problem.

Thank you at -thus- for your reply. I bought it last year at thomann.de (i'm located in germany), so i will contact them if it is a problem with the hardware. I just wanted to ask here beforehand whether it could also be a problem with the software and whether there are any possibilities to check this.
