  • Any1 else have jumpy encoders?

    At least one of my encoders (lower left) jumps around when fine controlling things like filter, decay, etc. has anyone else experienced this? The unit is only maybe 90 days old.

    I only experienced this when driving the cpu at its limits.

      Could it be a software problem? Have you tried to reinstall the firmware?

        I’ve been on top of every firmware update since I got it (maybe 4 updates), and it’s been evident through at least the last 3. It’s definitely hardware related. I was wondering if this is something other ppl are seeing.

                HI, i m new on this forum and have a blackbox for 10 days or so, What I am wondering is are you speaking about external midi connected encoders or what/ where do you speak about ??

                    For anyone facing this problem, please update to version 1.2.2. We have been making changes to try and address this problem, which seems to affect some units and not others.
