Loops in Slices

It would be great to be able to create loops within sliced pads ala Renoise. Reverse, Forward, Ping-pong etc. Make those breaks sound real!

+1, really missing bidirectional slice looping. Seemed as if it was an (unfortunately non-working) option in the beta 1.9E, now gone.

Along these lines, would this be part of a feature that could also assign slices to pads? Another way to loop in addition to other possibilities….

there is a thread that asks if slices can be assigned to one shot pads….1010 said no but theres a wishlist thread for this. This is the closest im seeing. Thx

Maybe a miscommunication but there is a Blackbox thread asking about slices to pad feature. You responded in that thread “theres a wishlist thread on that”. What im asking is, is this the thread? This feature is similar but not exactly the same. If this is not the thread, could someone point me to this elusive thread so i can like it. Cuz i like it!

ZeroXeroZero I feel like Steve always mistakes "thread" for sub-forum. A single thread would be a giant, unmaintainable mess. (Some people still trying to do it like this tho)

I was actually surprised it didn’t already do this and spent a long time fussing with settings and pages hoping to find loop settings for slices.
