Numeric entry for sample length parameter

For pads set to "sample" type, to be able to just tap the length field and just enter a number using onscreen keyboard instead of only scrolling the top right knob left
Current setup is madness for long samples

thanks for that, still it requires a bit of zooming back in again afterwards, the intent of the request to improve user experience and save time editing

I understood your request. The intent of my response was to give you the available option(s). Taking this further, wouldn't be even more useful to have sample length in musical terms? 1/4, 1 bar, etc?
