Another feature that springs to mind would be using one of the sends to create a quadraphonic mix. It would probably be possible to manage this in the current configuration with some good planning and/or midi mapping, but it would be mint to be able to get a quadraphonic mode with an touchscreen xy box to set the channel output in the 4 dimensional space.
Though may be some thought required about how a stereo signal works in this instance if it's not limited to mono channels only.
