Yesterday my Bluebox started freezing in a way that I haven't seen described on this forum. It works fine until I press play on the Deluge which is the master and immediately track 3R drops out entirely. When I restart the Bluebox it comes back but pressing play makes it drop out again. I'm running the latest firmware (reinstalled today as an attempted fix) and using the original power supply. I have sent midi from both the second device and the last in the chain.

What is the latest firmware (as a number)? Can you please capture a short video of this and send it directly to us? [email protected]

I have freezing problems. I think the original adapter/cable may be damaged because the Bluebox doesn't power up with them. Any way to buy them again? Or verify the specs my current adapter/cable needs to be for Bluebox to function correctly.
It powers up fine with other adapters/cables. The adapter is plugged into an outlet and the USB cable is straight from the adapter to the Bluebox.
Troubleshooting the issue I isolated it to only happening when midi in is plugged in. Midi is currently coming from OXI One sequencer and a Faderfox UC4.
Firmware is 1.1.2.
Any ideas?

I'm also experiencing freezing, happens nearly every time I use the Bluebox. It generally only affects the screen (controls no longer work) but with the audio still passing through. Recently though it has, after the screen freezes, occasionally sent out a white noise blast or possibly what's been described as a bit crushing sound which can only be stopped by restarting the Bluebox. I have also had a stepping or ticking sound in the output when changing a channel's gain on the unit. I have not been using MIDI or syncing with the Bluebox at all...
I am using the factory supplied power adapater, USB cable and SD Card. This behaviour hasn't changed through several firmware updates, currently running 1.2.7

I had a freezing problem. FW 1.2.15. Midi on the TRS in was the culprit . It was receiving clock through a midi splitter sent from my Octatrack . I have a syntakt receiving clock from the same splitter but took the clock out (not thru) from syntakt directly to the bluebox and no more freezes.
