Cannot hear what I've just recorded.

After a while, I've recorded some stuff with me 1010 again. Now, I hit PLAY and hear – nothing. The recorded files are there (EDIT > B), the headphone signal was okay during recording. The phones are plugged into OUT 1. WTH? Any hints? T.i.a.!
