How to stop recordings from playing when I start my sequencer?

New Bluebox owner here, and I can't find anything on this topic.
Is there a way to not have the last recorded project start when I press play on my sequencer?
I don't want to disable start/stop because I use it for other stuff, and as we know Blackbox needs it for the clock to sync, I just want to not have the recording start every time?
Is there a setting I'm missing?

Go into Edit and uncheck the recorded files. They will show as 'active'

I came here for the same question, one solution would be to save that project as a template, then there won’t be any wav files to be played. I’m going to try that now.

i’m fooling around using the subharmonicon as a master clock to my microfreak, and then midi out to the blue box for clock to the delay.

OK the other thing that works is go to edit and hit the B button -you’ll see your list of recorded tracks, scroll to the tracks you don’t want to play and hit the A button this will toggle them off and on.

Ok you can just hit the stop button….. it’s just hard to remember sometimes iwhether you’re listening to the recording or the inputs cause it’s almost the same thing.

but what an amazing feature to be able to multi track record and have effects and mix and save everything as a preset what a great little box

Thanks guys. I just ended up starting a new project whenever I wanted to record, but I'd rather not do this every time, so RollrightKnights suggestion is key.
