freezing unit

I was using blue box with the last 1.2.14 firmware and original power supply and power cable, bigness to 20.6%
I was using mostly the headphone out, turning up the cue volume for the 2\3 channel I was using.
Unit freeze after 20\30 minute of use?

Are you positive it's the original power supply and cable? Please share a pic.

+1 on making sure the unit is well powered

also do you have incoming midi ? If yes maybe make sure only what is needed is transmitted (you don’t need notes for example, just clock and start/stop).

i had the issue on the early versions of firmware that when I was connecting incoming midi it was freezing after a few minutes but it looks like this issue has been identified and fixed.

Was anything connected to the USB Device port?

I had the same issue and it turned out that I had a bad audio connector that was shorting out. I replaced it and the problem went away.

connector on the Bluebox or cable connected to it ?

It was the cable feeding audio into the Bluebox.
