Green lines blurring my screen?

Hi Folks,

I've not used the bluebox in a while as been so busy but this blurriness had started to occur a couple of months ago. My polyend tracker does something similar it doesn't have enough power. I'm using the official plug and wire, tried a different USB plug same issue tried a different wire and it wouldn't even power up.

I bought it brand new less than a year ago, its always sat in the same place nothings happened to it. Any ideas? Thanks
