Deleting tracks keeps all the main tracks

Hello,

When I'm recording and want to delete the tracks I go to EDIT > B and delete the individual ones there, but when I look on the SD card via my computer and go to Projects and the Song name all the tracks are gone which is good, but all the "Main" tracks are still there, how do I delete these on the Bluebox itself?
