Additional DELAY Options: PING PONG and REVERB SEND

From my understanding of the user manual, the delay is currently mono.
Having a PING-PONG option with a corresponding WIDTH control would be more than welcome.

Being able to send the delay to the reverb is also a classic feature and a great enhancement.

So, to sum it up:

• PING PONG DELAY option with WIDTH control (center=MONO / full CCW= 1st echo hard left / full CW= 1st echo hard right)
• DELAY SEND to REVERB
