How to play multisamples using analog inputs?

Hi all! I see how to play multisamples using midi (like it says on page 30 of the 1.0.8 manual) but is there a way to play them using the analog inputs?

Yes. Send a Gate signal to the pad to trigger, send CV to another Input (configure it as a CV input), and assign that input to modulate pitch from the pitch mod menu for that pad. Set that mod to 1v/Oct.
