How many loops can be running in slicer mode

Greetings...

Total newb here but i would like to confirm how many loop samples in slicer mode can be 'played' (triggered) at once.
For exmaple..
slot 1: drum break loop
slot 2: bass line loop
etc..

So far it seems only one loop can be running at a time, but would like experienced users to confirm that or not?

Surely since a sample plays every time it receives a trigger, then you can have 8 loops running at a time - in whatever mode you choose. You just have to have all 8 pads set to Gate and have eight different gate signals.

This seems like a question about polyphony on a Slicer pad, and I believe the answer is 2. You can change a setting to Poly 2... might only work via MIDI tho
