Sample not sounding on output tracks 7 & 8

Difficult to explain this but for some reason a sample (yes one newly recorded sample) doesn't output from outputs 7 or 8! However, what seems so odd is that if you select 1 - 6 as a output destination it is working/playing correctly. For your information if I load another sample they work on outs 7 & 8 (and naturally on 1 - 6 too).

BTW, to reassure people, the sample was recorded on the BitBox Micro, live from another source, which I'm assuming means it's in the correct format, etc.

Lastly, I've sent the same question to 1010 in the contact form, however, if someone has had a similar situation, or has an explanation please let me know.

    Thanks in advance.

By default, the Output routing (press Tools x3) for physical jacks 7/8 is set to virtual outputs 1+FX/2+FX. You will have to switch that to actually use virtual outputs 7/8.

There's another topic that suggested this default be changed so it's more intuitive...
