Hi all,
i'm struggling with the use case of recording multiiple samples to the same pad '(drumkit or set of related samples) and have them mapped chromatically for playback via midi or in slice mode with slice triggering via Cv/gate.
The multi-sample recording mode seems to be just for recording via Midi Out note triggers.
I know that i can import a folder of samples via "Load all" and have them auto-mapped chromatically across the keyboard(if no root key is specified for sample) for a drumkit with multiple samples on one pad. This is whati want just for recording a set of samples live.
I'm furthermore aware of the max limitation of samples per pad as per the manual and not looking for 128 drum sounds per pad just recording bits and pieces and drumsets from my moidular patching and have more than 8 samples stored as a"set per pad for individual triggering.
How do i go abut that?
Do i have to load a slice sample and then replace the individual slices with imported one shot drum samples from the library?
