Toolbox Crashing on CRec (OS 2.1.2)

Hello, I've just picked up a Toolbox and it's crashing when trying to record CV.
Before hitting record, I can see the level changing with corresponding CV changes but it freezes as soon as you hit record and then reboots after a few seconds.

I'm using a standard Sandisk micro SD that came with the unit. The only thing on the SD are the latest OS .bin and an xml created by the Toolbox.

Any suggestions to make this work? Thanks!

You might try formatting the microSD card using SD Card Formatter and downloading a fresh copy of the firmware. I am successfully recording CV on my end.
