Don't forget to make sure the sd card is healthy, SD Card Formatter can help. You can also try the alternate SD Mode under the Tools menu. -

Just want to point out that Aaron didn't mention USB MIDI in his post, only USB Audio. -
Just use File, Save As after you've created a preset with your ideal settings.Leave a comment:

You can trim the beginnings and ends audio files and save them but you can't edit parts from the middle. Any marker you don't want to be assigned to a key, simply remove by using Join in the Slicer menu.Leave a comment:

Bitbox Micro (per pad polyphony) = Mono, 2, 4, 6, 8, X
*You can reliably play 32 voices across all pads simultaneously.

What's the firmware version you're running (exact number) and what are specs of the sd card? We recommend 24bit 48kHz as that is native for the onboard DAC.Leave a comment:

You don't think a slow read speed on an sd card would effect how a .wav files streams from it? -
If you want access to all of the loaded samples, then yes the ideal way would be to set each Pad to its own MIDI channel. Then you'd use your keyboard to switch channels, giving direct access to the slices of the selected Pad/channel.Leave a comment:

You need MIDI notes to play pads. If the nanoKONTROL2 can't be configured to play notes, you'll need another controller for that.

I recommend using a power strip with the factory USB cables.👍 1Leave a comment:

Is everyone running 3.0.9? Avoid the current beta and sharing bugs as it's merely to show the new clip length recording that is to come in a later bug-free release.Leave a comment:

You can still live play the pad screen and record into a sequence....Leave a comment:

Play From, Punch In and Punch Out exist on both devices. Both can play or record from wherever you drag your finger on the timeline when Play From and Punch In are not enabled. -
What are the specs of the .wav file? I use 128GB and 256GB cards with 100GB+ libraries of samples. From one-shots to songs stems regularly without any issues. I usually use 24/48 files but some are 24/44.1 and even 16/44.1
