A couple of screens, one for MIDI input and one for CV input, would be useful.

Each screen could show the usual 8 pad matrix, with each pad indicating input activity, either graphically or numerically (or user-optionally, both).

If you select the start/length points, then hit the right arrow, then the left arrow, it would be useful if the waveform was displayed showing your recently chosen start/length points in the centre of the screen.

Similarly, your zoom setting...

When using the (top left) grid button to view all 8 pads, it would be useful if the pad names were displayed, as they are after hitting HOME.

I agree about the zooming. Another way to control zoom more easily would be a simple up/down screen gesture. Similar to the left-right gesture to move the waveform - up/down to zoom in/out.

I was referring to the Loop length, not the sample length. The Loop length is not maintained when editing the Loop start point.

Is it possible to maintain the loop length while moving the start point?

This would be useful when working on rhythmic loops. You could assign a MIDI CC to the start point and move the loop around the sample for interesting rhythmic variations....
