2. This thread is not the appropriate place to discuss this because it is unrelated to the topic. Create a thread in General so that others can...

You’re saying that if you try to record a stereo line input, it’s not maintaining its stereo balance?
For example, connect a device with a stereo out (e.g., computer or phone) to the stereo line input of your Blackbox. Play a mono sine...

When I think of SP-404 FX I think DJ style FX. I don’t think you can beat a Korg Kaoss pad (you choose the model) for that kind of thing.

Thank you for checking, develd. If this is important to you, as it is to me, please add your +1 to this thread! https://forum.1010music.com/forum/pr...in-multisample

Be aware that even properly configured multisamples don't loop when played on Blackbox (as of firmware 2.9.1). It's on the Wish List, so be sure to search for that thread and give it a +1! I desperately want it. :-)

FX: Drive
To make it easier for the 1010 team to assess which effects people want, we should have an individual thread for each effect so that people can +1 their one or two most wanted effects rather than just vote for "more FX" and have no influence...

I think neither sound playing qualifies as a bug. Someone from 1010 would need to tell us which pad should get priority, although I confess I haven’t checked the manual.

The only reason I suggest 2.9.1 is that it changes a lot about how sequencing, songs, and MIDI work. Better for a new user to learn the new way than to learn methods that are being deprecated. It’s not very buggy. I would only advise against if you’re...

I don’t remember the SD Card Formatter recommended by 1010 having a buffer size setting or anything I had to do besides click Format.

If you’re just starting, definitely upgrade the firmware and back up your SD card before doing so.
If you’re gigging, use 2.1.5; otherwise, use 2.9.1 (3.0 beta).
People are reporting mixed success using 2.9.1 to play sequences...

+1 for the item listed in the title. I will go to other threads and +1 those other things if I want them.

Hi!
Please consider using firmware 2.9.1. MIDI has been simplified so that the problems you describe are less likely to occur. The release notes describe exactly how to control external instruments.
If you still have problems...Last edited by -thus-; 01-21-2023, 12:39 PM.
